[ Editor's note: This version of this section is effective until March 1, 2022. ] A person that, in order to obtain a financial gain, intentionally falsifies, forges, conceals, defaces, or obliterates a document of gift, an amendment or revocation of a document of gift, or a refusal commits a class 1 misdemeanor as specified in section 18-1.3-501.
