Part 5 - Marriage and Family Therapists
§ 12-245-501. Definitions

As used in this part 5, unless the context otherwise requires: (1) "Approved school" means any university or other institution of higher education offering a full-time graduate course of study in marriage and family therapy accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education, a nationally recognized accrediting agency as determined by the board, or a substantially equivalent program approved by the board.
(2) "Board" means the state board of marriage and family therapist examiners created in section 12-245-502.
