(4) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (4) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any area operator who operates a passenger tramway that has not been licensed by the board or the license of which has been suspended, or who fails to comply with an order issued under this section or section 12-150-116, commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501.
