The director shall appoint an advisory committee to make recommendations concerning outfitters, which committee shall serve at the request and pleasure of the director. The members of the advisory committee shall receive no compensation but shall be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of their duties under this article 145.
