§ 12-135-108. Violations and Penalties

[ Editor's note: This version of this section is effective until March 1, 2022. ] Any person who violates this part 1 or part 3 of this article 135 is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not more than five thousand dollars or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than twenty-four months or by both such fine and imprisonment.
