§ 11-30-106. Examinations - Reports - Powers of Commissioner























(IV) [ Editor's note: This version of subsection (8)(b)(IV) is effective March 1, 2022. ] Any person who performs any duty or exercises any power of a credit union after receipt of a suspension or removal order under subsection (8)(a) of this section commits a class 2 misdemeanor and shall be punished as provided in section 18-1.3-501.
