Part 7 - Credit for Reinsurance Model Act
§ 10-3-706. Reinsurance Agreements Affected

This part 7 applies to all cessions after January 1, 2015, under reinsurance agreements that have an inception, anniversary, or renewal date not less than six months after January 1, 2015.
