Part 8 - Nomination of Candidates by Petition
§ 1-4-806. Preregistrants Eligible to Sign Petitions

A preregistrant who is eligible to vote in a primary election under section 1-2-101 (2)(c) is eligible to sign a petition under this part 8 to nominate a candidate for the primary election or for the next general election.
