§ 1-13-105. False Certificates by Officers

Any notary public or any officer authorized by law to administer oaths who knowingly makes a false certificate in regard to a matter connected with an election held under the laws of this state upon conviction shall be punished as provided in section 1-13-111.

Editor's note: (1) This section is similar to former §§ 1-13-111 and 1-30-125 as they existed prior to 1980.
(2) Section 803(2) of chapter 462 (SB 21-271), Session Laws of Colorado 2021, provides that the act changing this section applies to offenses committed on or after March 1, 2022.
