Chapter 34.1 - Physical Therapy
§ 54.1-3489. Active duty military personnel or their spouses

A licensee who is active duty military or is the spouse of an individual who is active duty military may designate one of the following as the home state:
1. Home of record;
2. Permanent Change of Station (PCS); or
3. State of current residence if it is different from the PCS state or home of record.
