A copy of the petition shall be filed with the district attorney. The court may remove the dangerous or nuisance dog designation and eliminate any requirements of this subpart if the owner of the dog has not violated this subpart and any orders of the court, and if the court is satisfied from the evidence that the dog is no longer dangerous.
