The judge of probate shall give notice of any election held under this subpart by publishing for three weeks, at least once a week, on the same day of each week, in a newspaper of general circulation in the territory where the election is to be held, a notice that on the day fixed for the election the question to be then voted on will be submitted to the electors of the territory.
