Chapter 73 - Low Speed Vehicle Operation on Streets
Section 11-73-7 - Operation of Low-Speed Vehicles on Roads and Streets of Class 2 Municipalities - Violations.

Any Class 2 municipality may impose appropriate penalties for any violation of this chapter or the local ordinance adopted pursuant to this chapter.
