9886. All fees and revenues collected pursuant to this chapter and Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 44000) of Part 5 of Division 26 of the Health and Safety Code shall be paid into the State Treasury to the credit of the Vehicle Inspection and Repair Fund, which is hereby created.
