ARTICLE 5 - Informal Adjustment of Complaints
Section 9860.

9860. (a) The director shall establish procedures for accepting complaints from the public against any service dealer or service contractor.

(b) This section shall remain in effect only until January 1, 2024, and as of that date is repealed.
