ARTICLE 1 - California State Polytechnic University and California Polytechnic State University
Section 90402.

90402. It is the intent and purpose of the Legislature, in authorizing the establishment of the separate California State Polytechnic University in the County of Los Angeles at the campus or complex described in subdivision (b) of Section 90400, that the educational program there provided continue to be conducted in accordance with the essential aims and policies expressed in Section 90404, and in that certain grant deed dated November 22, 1949, as amended or modified by subsequent agreements and conveyances, whereby the W. K. Kellogg Foundation, a Michigan corporation, has granted to the State of California, for the use and benefit of the California State Polytechnic University, certain real property situated in the County of Los Angeles, which will form a part of such separate California State Polytechnic University.
