7731.4. (a) All moneys paid into the State Treasury and credited to the Cemetery and Funeral Fund shall be expended in accordance with law for the payment of all actual and necessary expenses incurred in carrying out the provisions of this act.
(b) This section shall become operative on July 1, 2016.
