6081. Upon the making of any decision recommending the disbarment or suspension from practice of any licensee of the State Bar, the State Bar Court shall immediately file a certified copy of the decision, together with the transcript and the findings, with the Clerk/Executive Officer of the Supreme Court. Upon enrolling a licensee as an inactive licensee pursuant to Section 6007 of this code, or upon terminating or refusing to terminate such enrollment pursuant to such section the State Bar Court shall immediately give appropriate written notice to the licensee and to the Clerk/Executive Officer of the Supreme Court.
