Section 52552.

52552. Upon application of 25 or more persons desiring training for citizenship and residing in a high school district, the governing board of the high school district shall establish special classes in training for citizenship. Upon demand, the governing board of the high school district may establish the classes with a lesser number of applicants. These classes may be offered directly by the high school district or in partnership with another public adult education provider.
