ARTICLE 3 - Pensions and Death Benefits
Section 50883.

50883. Upon the occurrence of any of the following events, the payment of a pension or benefit to the recipient shall cease.

The recipient is:

(a) Convicted of a felony.

(b) Becomes a habitual drunkard.

(c) Becomes a nonresident of this State.

(d) Fails to report for examination for duty unless excused by the board.

(e) Disobeys the requirements of the board as to the examination or duty.
