5079.15. The office may apply for and receive emergency financial support for projects and areas identified under federal and state emergency and disaster guidelines. These funds shall be available for expenditure for the purposes of this chapter and Article 2 (commencing with Section 5020) of Chapter 1 under criteria developed by the office and adopted by the commission.
