Section 5003.35.

5003.35. Notwithstanding Section 5003.1, waterfowl hunting shall be allowed at the Lake Earl and Lake Talawa project in accordance with the existing interagency agreement with the Department of Fish and Game and with regulations of the Fish and Game Commission governing waterfowl hunting at the project. The agreement shall be extended until such time as the project is classified as a unit of the state park system.
