Section 4497.56.

4497.56. It is the intent of the Legislature to maximize the utilization of Prison Industry Authority products for jail construction, renovation, equipment, and furnishings to ensure that prisoners work productively and contribute to reducing the cost to the taxpayers of their incarceration.
