44776.4. Funds allocated to regional social tolerance resource centers pursuant to Section 44776.3 shall be used by the centers only for either of the following purposes:
(a) One-time expansion of social tolerance exhibits and teacher training materials.
(b) One-time expenditures to reduce future ongoing facilities operations costs.
