Section 402c.

402c. On and after January 1, 1970, any person who sells a new refrigerator, icebox, or deep-freeze locker not equipped with an integral lock in this state, having a capacity of two cubic feet or more, which cannot be opened from the inside by the exertion of 15 pounds of force against the latch edge of the closed door is guilty of a misdemeanor.
