ARTICLE 2 - Commercial Hunting Clubs
Section 3245.

3245. Commercial hunting club licenses are valid for a term of one year from July 1st, or, if issued after the beginning of such term, for the remainder thereof. A license authorizes the person to whom it is issued to maintain a hunting club in accordance with the provisions of this code and such regulations as the commission may prescribe.
