ARTICLE 1 - Domesticated Game Breeding
Section 3216.

3216. All domesticated game birds and mammals, excepting deer, sold under the provisions of this article, shall be killed otherwise than by shooting. This section does not apply to licensed pheasant clubs, licensed domesticated migratory game bird shooting areas, or to the training or practice of hunting dogs.
