25201.10. Any information that a generator is required to provide to the department or to a local agency pursuant to Section 25200.3, 25200.14, or 25201.5 or to regulations adopted by the department related to operation under a permit-by-rule shall be available to the public pursuant to the California Public Records Act (Division 10 (commencing with Section 7920.000) of Title 1 of the Government Code).
