24072.1. An on-sale license issued for a bona fide public eating place may be transferred from the premises for which issued to other premises, as provided in Section 24072, for a bona fide public eating place or for public premises, as defined in Section 23039. An on-sale license issued for public premises may be transferred from the premises for which issued to other premises, as provided in Section 24072, for public premises or for a bona fide public eating place.
