21143. Any contributions or gifts by any other person than the founder, of any property suitable to the general plan or support of any institution mentioned in this article, shall immediately vest in the trustees, and become incorporated into and subject to the trust, and to all its terms and conditions, and be managed under the rules and regulations prescribed therefor.
