1954.15. If a participant has violated an order issued under Section 1954.13, the participant shall be considered to have failed to perform the conditions of the agreement under which the property is held as provided in subsection 3 of Section 1161 of the Code of Civil Procedure, which conditions cannot afterward be performed.
