Section 1439.8.

1439.8. Every long-term health care facility shall reveal to applicants for admission, or their designated representatives, orally and in writing, and prior to admission, whether the facility participates in the Medi-Cal program, and the circumstances under which the law permits a Medi-Cal recipient to be transferred involuntarily.
