CHAPTER 1 - General Provisions
Section 12026.

12026. (a) Except as otherwise specifically provided, any person violating any of the provisions of this division is guilty of a misdemeanor.

(b) It is unlawful for any person to violate any of the rules, regulations, tolerances, specifications, or standards adopted under the provisions of this division.
