Section 115170.

115170. It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, construct, produce, transfer, acquire, use, or possess any of the materials or facilities for which a permit or license is required under the provisions of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (Public Law 85-256) unless he or she shall have first obtained a permit or license. Violation of this section is a misdemeanor.
