CHAPTER 8.6 - California Earthquake Authority
Section 10089.46.

10089.46. Bonds issued under this chapter shall not be a debt or liability of the state or of any political subdivision of the state, or a pledge of the full faith and credit of the state or of any political subdivision, but shall be payable solely from the funds provided in this chapter.
