    § 5-71-205. Unlawful assembly

    (a) A person commits the offense of unlawful assembly if he or she:
    (1) Assembles with two (2) or more other persons; and
    (2) Has the purpose of engaging in conduct constituting a riot.

    (b) Unlawful assembly is a Class C misdemeanor.
