Subchapter 11 - Cervical Cancer Care Act of 2005
§ 20-9-1104. State Board of Health — Powers and duties

After consultation with the Cervical Cancer Task Force and if funds are available, the State Board of Health may promulgate rules to further the intent of this subchapter.
