(a)
(1)
(A) Upon reaching sixty-five (65) years of age or any time thereafter, any person who has been a boiler inspector for no fewer than twelve (12) years may apply for a restricted lifetime boiler inspector's certificate of competency and commission.
(B) The certificate of competency and commission shall be issued upon satisfactory proof of age and upon payment of a fee prescribed by the Division of Labor.
(2)
(A) Upon reaching sixty-five (65) years of age or any time thereafter, any person who has been a boiler operator for no fewer than twelve (12) years may apply for a restricted lifetime boiler operator's license.
(B) The license shall be issued upon satisfactory proof of age and upon payment of a fee prescribed by the division.
(3)
(A) Upon reaching sixty-five (65) years of age or any time thereafter, any person who has been engaged in the sale or installation of boilers, unfired pressure vessels, hot water storage containers, or pressure piping for no fewer than twelve (12) years may apply for a restricted lifetime license.
(B) The license shall be issued upon satisfactory proof of age and upon payment of a fee prescribed by the division.
(4)
(A) Upon reaching sixty-five (65) years of age or any time thereafter, any person who has been engaged in the repair of boilers or unfired pressure vessels for no fewer than twelve (12) years may apply for a restricted lifetime license.
(B) The license shall be issued upon satisfactory proof of age and upon payment of a fee prescribed by the division.
(b) The division shall promulgate rules necessary to carry out the provisions of this section.
