(a)
(1) The State Radiation Control Agency or its authorized representative shall for reasonable cause have the power to enter at all reasonable times upon any private or public property for the purpose of determining whether or not there is compliance with or violation of this subchapter and rules issued under this subchapter.
(2) However, entry into areas under the jurisdiction of the United States Government shall be effected only with the concurrence of the United States Government or its designated representative.
(b) In the event of an emergency, the agency shall have the authority to impound or order the impounding of sources of ionizing radiation which is in the possession of any person that is not equipped to observe or fails to observe the provisions of this subchapter or any rules issued under this subchapter.
(c) Whenever in the judgment of the agency any person has engaged in or is about to engage in any acts or practices which constitute or will constitute a violation of any provision of this subchapter or any rule or order issued under this subchapter, the Attorney General, upon written notice thereof by the agency, shall make application to a court of competent jurisdiction for an order enjoining the acts or practices or for an order directing compliance, and upon a showing by the agency that the person has engaged or is about to engage in any such acts or practices, a permanent or temporary injunction, restraining order, or other order may be granted.
