(a) All equidae determined to have been on the same premises as a reactor at the time the reactor was bled shall be tested by an accredited veterinarian or an authorized agent of the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission at the owner's expense sixty to eighty (60-80) days after the reactor's last positive test result.
(b) A foal less than four (4) months of age nursing a negative tested dam is exempt from testing.
