Subchapter 2 - Dairy Stabilization Grant Act
§ 2-10-202. Definition

As used in this subchapter, “milk producer” means a person or entity that operates a bovine dairy farm that possesses a valid permit signed by the administrator of the Arkansas Grade “A” Milk Program.
