Subchapter 2 - Auctioneer's Licensing Board
§ 17-17-202. Organization

(a) The Auctioneer's Licensing Board, immediately upon qualification of the member appointed in each year, shall organize by selecting from its members a chair.
(b) A quorum of the board shall be four (4) members.
