Chapter 95 - Interstate Agreement on Detainers
§ 16-95-102. “Appropriate court.”

The phrase “appropriate court” as used in the Agreement on Detainers shall, with reference to the courts of this state, mean any and all courts having jurisdiction over criminal matters.
