Part 14 - Adult-Oriented Establishments
§ 7-51-1404. Penalty

A first offense for a violation of this part is a Class B misdemeanor, punishable only by a fine of five hundred dollars ($500); and a second or subsequent such offense is a Class A misdemeanor.
