(2) The office shall notify each applicant whether the applicant passed or failed the examination.
(3) Upon written request to the office, any applicant may discuss performance on the examination.
(4) Any applicant who fails to make a passing grade on the examination may be allowed to take the examination a second time upon payment of the applicable fee established under ORS 676.576. The office, in consultation with the board, may require the applicant to undergo additional training as determined by the board before taking the examination a third or subsequent time.
