Section 509.122 - Definitions for ORS 509.125 to 509.155.


(1) "Explosives" means any explosive substances whatever, including but not limited to powder, dynamite and nitroglycerine.
(2) "Substance deleterious to fish" includes but is not limited to any drug, powder, chemical, medicated bait, gas, cocculus indicus or extract therefrom, inimical to fish. [1965 c.570 ยง110]
