(2) The reception by an institution of such child as a patient, pursuant to court order, is considered an acceptance on its part of all the provisions of ORS 444.110 to 444.240 which relate to or in anywise apply to hospitalization of children at the Oregon Health and Science University, except as provided in ORS 444.220. Such institution shall furnish the child with all proper and requisite medical or surgical care and attention without compensation, and comply with ORS 444.110 to 444.240 while the child remains in the institution as a patient.
