Chapter 412 - Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
Section 412.151 - Statewide electronic benefits transfer system; replacement cards to display name.


(2) The department shall seek all state and federal approvals necessary for implementation of an electronic benefits transfer system as described in subsection (1) of this section.
(3) This section does not apply to Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits issued to a senior citizen under a demonstration project approved by the Food and Nutrition Service of the United States Department of Agriculture or to benefits received by a recipient of federal Supplemental Security Income in the form of a check in lieu of an electronic benefits transfer card.
