Chapter 312 - Foreclosure of Property Tax Liens
Section 312.270 - Title of county purchasing property; title of purchaser on resale.


(2) A private purchaser at resale of such property by the county acquires title free and clear of all assessments for local improvements levied by any municipal corporation. [Amended by 1997 c.805 ยง6]
