Recompilations. — Laws 1985, ch. 194, § 38 recompiled 40-7-25 to 40-7-28 NMSA 1978 as 40-7-36 to 40-7-39 NMSA 1978; the sections were recompiled again as 40-7-62 to 40-7-65 NMSA 1978 to conform to the code assignation of the Adoption Act, 40-7-29 to 40-7-61 NMSA 1978.
